Tania holds a Specialist degree in Finances from Chernihiv State Institute of Economics and Management, as well as a Master's degree in Teaching English as a Second Language from Chernihiv Taras Shevchenko National Teachers' Training University.

Her professional experience includes serving as the Head of Customer Care and Affiliate Program Manager at Snovio, where she focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and managing affiliate relationships. Prior to that, she worked as an Application Engineer at PortaOne and as a Teacher of English at CFL London.
