Tania Steyn

Tania Steyn is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in consulting, marketing, project management, and corporate services.

She holds a Master of Arts (MA) in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania - The Lauder Institute, an MBA Exchange from INSEAD, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management from the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School.

Tania also completed her Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Finance & Marketing at Carleton University and studied Business, International Finance & Marketing, French at Ecole supérieure de Commerce de Rennes.

Her educational journey began at Earl of March Secondary School, showcasing her commitment to continuous learning and personal development.

Tania has held various roles at Bain & Company, starting as a Supervisor and progressing to positions such as Consultant, Case Team Leader, and eventually, Senior Manager, demonstrating exceptional leadership and consulting skills.

Prior to her time at Bain & Company, she gained valuable experience as a TA at Carleton University and as a Social Enterprise/e-commerce Intern at the Foundation for Older Persons' Development.

Tania also served as a Marketing Specialist & Company Lead at 360pi (formerly Gazaro) and as a Project and Procurement Assistant at Public Works and Government Services Canada, highlighting her versatility and ability to excel in diverse environments.

Her tenure at the Canadian Intergovernmental Conference Secretariat as a Corporate Services Assistant and previous role as a Manager at Indigo underline her strong organizational and management capabilities.
