Tania Lili is a multidisciplinary designer originally from Mexico City and currently based in Brooklyn, known for her work in the cultural sector.
As the former Head of Design at Genius, she led the development of an in-house editorial and brand team, focusing on product design, experiential projects, co-branded partnerships, and new business ventures.
During her time at Genius, Tania played a crucial role in shaping the company's visual brand identity and establishing a unique art direction.
Prior to her role at Genius, she worked as a Visual Designer at Code & Theory, contributing to product design projects for prestigious clients such as National Geographic, Citibank, and The Standard Hotels.
With a robust educational background including a Master of Science (MS) in Design and Visual Communications from Pratt Institute, Tania Lili also holds degrees in Interactive Design from Universidad Iberoamericana and Direction artistique from ECV - École de création visuelle.
Tania is currently sharing her expertise as a Visual Communication instructor at Pratt Institute while remaining open to new professional opportunities and collaborations.
Her diverse professional experience spans various renowned organizations such as Google Creative Lab, Alza, Ramp, Stink Studios, Parsley Health, and Refinery29, Inc., where she held roles ranging from Designer to Head of Design.
