Tania Johnson, MA, CRA, is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in sponsored programs and institutional relations.
She holds a High School Diploma from J.R. Masterman Laboratory & Demonstration School and pursued her Bachelor of Arts in French and International Relations, followed by a Master of Arts in Political Science with a focus on International Relations, both from the University of Pennsylvania.
Additionally, Tania obtained a Diplome from Sciences Po in the International Programme of Political & Social Sciences and has completed certificates from prestigious institutions like the HERS Institute and Harvard University Graduate School of Education.
Currently, Tania serves as the Director of Sponsored Programs at Swarthmore College, where she previously held several key positions including Interim Director, Project Director for NIH grants, Associate Director for Sponsored Programs, and roles in corporate, foundation, and government relations.
Her expertise and leadership in managing sponsored programs and cultivating institutional relations make her a valuable asset to the academic community.
