Taner Akcok: Head of Global API Banking at Deutsche Bank

Taner Akcok is a serial entrepreneur, intrapreneur, and investor currently serving as the Head of Global API Banking at Deutsche Bank in Berlin, Germany.1 In this role, he leads all API Management Platforms, Internal/External Portals, and API Programs including API Banking, Embedded Finance, Contextual Banking, and Banking as a Service.1

Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Akcok founded AppAnalytics.io, a B2B startup that was acquired by Nomad Commerce in 2016 and became one of the fastest-growing B2B startups in the world.1 He has also held positions at Microsoft, including Program Manager for Microsoft for Startups and Marketing Manager for the Developer Experience (DX) department.1
