Tan Andrew is a highly skilled innovation strategist and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience at the intersection of technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Tan has an MA from Central Saint Martins, University of The Arts London, and studied a Master of Science at the University of Kentucky. Previously, Tan was an Associate Partner (Digital) at McKinsey & Company based in Kuala Lumpur, co-leading Digital Business Building for McKinsey in Asia. Tan's experience also includes serving as Head of Digital Product at CIMB, consulting for a range of issues from strategic design, end-to-end customer experience, and agile transformation to digital business building and innovation. Tan currently heads the venture builder arm at Green Packet Berhad, where we both invest in early-stage start-ups and builds their own ventures. Tan's expertise in innovation and entrepreneurship is reflected in frequent investments in early-stage technology start-ups, in addition to co-founding four start-ups, two of which have successfully exited, and two that continue to thrive post-Series A.
