Tammi Jantzen

Tammi Jantzen is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Portfolia, a role she has held since June 2023. In addition to her position at Portfolia, she is also a co-founder of Astarte Medical, where she served as CFO until April 2023. Astarte Medical focuses on precision medicine for vulnerable populations, particularly in neonatal care.12

Jantzen has a rich background in finance and investment. Prior to her current roles, she was the CFO at Battelle Ventures for nearly 13 years and has experience in various financial capacities, including roles at Early Stage Enterprises and The McGraw Hill Companies. She is also a Kauffman Fellow, which highlights her involvement in supporting entrepreneurship.13

Her educational background includes a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.13 Jantzen is recognized for her expertise in financial reporting, marketing, investor relations, and strategic planning within the healthcare sector.12
