• Promoted within six months to lead one of four critical company leads reporting to COO and weekly with exec team, as DRI for Atrium’s supply of legal service providers.
• As business leader of Advanced Transaction Group, applied P&L and other KPI analysis for monthly business unit reporting, led initiatives for new upsell channels, and supported product roll out and personnel management.
• As Pricing DRI, developed Atrium’s first Services Catalog, at the strategic and operational heart of the company’s innovative fixed-price model. 
• Researched and published 65-page Competitive Landscape Report outlining market conditions around Atrium business and technology peers and recommending changes to pricing, operationalization of services and service-market fit.
• Developed SQL, Looker, Salesforce query and reporting skills, used regularly for P&L, KPI reporting.

•	Served as “outside GC” to 25+ other startups, using independent research and analysis to advise on commercial agreements (e.g. vendor/contractor, MSA, partnership, NDA, etc.), stakeholder dynamics / communication, and business management.
•	Liaised between client and internal specialists on technology transaction and employment issues to provide convenient and clear counsel on IP preservation and personnel management.
