Tamir Friedman is an accomplished radiologist with a diverse educational background that includes studying Physiology and Neurobiology as a magna cum laude at The University of Connecticut. Friedman holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Drexel University College of Medicine. Previously, he was an Assistant Professor at Weill Cornell Medicine, and Chief Fellow in Interventional Radiology at Yale New Haven Hospital. He has extensive experience in the field, currently serving as Chairman of Radiology at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital and Director of Interventional Radiology at Advanced Medical Imaging.

Friedman completed both an Interventional Radiology Fellowship and a Diagnostic Radiology Residency Program at Yale University School of Medicine. Passionate about his work, he is driven to make a difference in patient care through his expertise.
