Tami Rozilyo

Tami Rozilyo is a highly accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in talent management and organizational behavior. She holds a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior and a Master's degree in Labor Studies, both from Tel Aviv University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from The Open University of Israel. Her career in HR spans several industries, including pharmaceuticals and agricultural solutions.

At Teva Pharmaceuticals, Rozilyo held a variety of HR leadership roles, including Cluster HR Head for Israel, Ukraine, and South Africa; HR Director; Site HR Manager, and HR Manager for Support Units. She also worked in recruitment and mobility at the company. Before her time at Teva, Rozilyo worked in HR at ADAMA Agricultural Solutions Ltd and as a Recruiting Manager at ManpowerGroup.
