Tamara George, MSW, LCSW, is a compassionate, resourceful, and dedicated clinical social worker with nearly six years of experience in providing direct services to diverse populations in hospital and outpatient settings. She is knowledgeable and passionate about working with transplant patients and excels in comprehensive psychosocial assessment, time management, problem-solving, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Tamara recently relocated from California and holds a Master of Social Work with a Health Concentration from the University of Southern California. She also earned a B.A. in Psychology with a Minor in Applied Developmental Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles. Tamara has a background working as a Clinical Social Worker II in Liver Transplant, Clinical Social Worker I in Medical/Surgical, and Renal Social Worker in various healthcare organizations, including Cedars-Sinai and Kidney Care Center of the North Valley. She has also gained experience as an MSW Intern in Medical Social Work and Mental Health Therapy at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center and Optimist Community Mental Health, respectively.
