Tamar Frydman serves as the Director of the OU Impact Accelerator, a program launched by the Orthodox Union aimed at supporting innovative Jewish nonprofits. With over fifteen years of experience in the nonprofit sector, she has a strong background in organizational strategy and program development. Prior to her current role, Tamar was the Senior Director of Programs at the Jewish Funders Network and held various management positions at UJA Federation of New York.
Her educational qualifications include a bachelor's degree in psychology from Towson University and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Maryland School of Social Work. In her role at the OU Impact Accelerator, Tamar focuses on empowering social entrepreneurs to address key community challenges, particularly in areas like economic empowerment and affordability within the Jewish community.1234
