Tamar Daliot Segal

Tamar Daliot Segal, an experienced International Recruiting Manager, passionate about supporting people and mentoring them to fulfill their dream job. Tamar holds a Master's degree in Gender and Women Studies, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Media, from Tel Aviv University. She believes that our most important resource is the human resource and enjoys watching it shape different organizations. Her professional experience includes leading international recruiting teams for Machine Learning and AI at Meta, a senior technical recruiter in software engineering, diversity project lead, and recruiter at Magic Leap. Tamar has also worked as a software recruiter and high-tech account manager at Nisha Group, where she was also involved in business development tech recruiting. In her spare time, Tamar was a welfare officer at Israeli Military Intelligence and volunteered as an intern writer at Forbes.
