Talon Rindels is a seasoned professional in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) and retail industry. As of January 2025, Talon holds the position of Senior Director of Sales - Large Format Channel at Sabra Dipping Company, a role they have held since June 2023.13

Prior to joining Sabra, Talon had a successful career at Mars, where they most recently served as Omnichannel Team Leader / Director - Customer Development from April 2021 to June 2023.3 In this role, Talon led strategy, P&L, joint business planning, and people management for Mars Petcare's business with Target and Meijer, overseeing $500M in annual sales, including $80M in e-commerce sales.3
