Talitha Batts, M.ED is a seasoned professional with a deep commitment to serving underrepresented communities and fostering economic development through challenging policies and promoting equitable communities.

With a diverse background in Adult Education, Real Estate & Construction, Hospitality, Nutrition & Fitness, Banking, Information Technology, and Global Supply Chain, Talitha has successfully led global business ventures and worked with renowned Fortune 500 companies such as First Union Bank, Bank of America, MCI, and Lenovo, Inc.

Her extensive travels across China, Africa, Europe, Mexico, the Caribbean, and the United States have broadened her perspective and enabled her to leverage her voice and skills to empower others and foster meaningful connections.

Talitha holds an impressive educational background, including a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Adult Education and Community College Leadership from North Carolina State University, a Master of Education (MEd) in Education Technology from North Carolina Central University, and various certifications such as Lean Six Sigma's Green Belt.

She has been recognized with international awards for leadership, notably by ALL (All Ladies League), and has served in key roles such as Chief Marketing Advisor of Quintessential Group, where she facilitated global partnerships between the US and African countries.

Talitha's contributions extend to academia, where she has held positions such as Director of The Research, Policy and Impact Center at the National Institute of Minority Economic Development and Adjunct Professor in the Department of Education at North Carolina Central University.

Additionally, she has founded organizations like myEOD and Success Outside The Box, and has held roles in prominent institutions like North Carolina State University, Saint Augustine's University, Lenovo, and Wells Fargo, showcasing her versatility and expertise in various sectors.
