Talal M. Al Kaissi is a prominent figure in the space industry, with significant experience in both public and private sectors. He currently serves as the Vice President for Space Program & Special Projects at Group 42, a leading technology company based in Abu Dhabi. Talal's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from California State University-Long Beach and an Executive Space Course from the International Space University.

Talal's professional experience includes serving as a Board Member at NewSpace Capital and as a Council Member at the World Economic Forum - Global Future Council on Space Tech. He has also served as an Advisor for Strategic Projects at the UAE Space Agency, as well as a member of the Board of Directors at the American Astronautical Society. In addition, he has held various roles in business development and commercial affairs at organizations such as KBR and the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Washington, DC.
