Tair Asim is a seasoned professional in the field of technology and software engineering with a strong passion for programming.

After discovering his love for software creation at a young age, Tair pursued a degree in Software Engineering from Metropolia University in Finland, leaving behind his business school education.

Having kickstarted his career with a significant open-source project involving Nokia, Sun Microsystems, and Google, Tair dedicated six years at Nokia focusing on full-stack web application development, solution architecture, and leadership roles within product and engineering teams.

Throughout his career, Tair has excelled in consulting for numerous enterprises, aiding them in enhancing their software development processes and has co-founded four successful software release and collaboration platforms, later turning two of them into thriving remote-first startups where he assumed the positions of CTO and CEO.

Aside from his professional endeavors, Tair is actively involved in teaching, participating in developer events, contributing to open-source projects, and exploring various side projects that pique his interest.

His expertise lies in tech and engineering leadership, product management, mentorship, innovation, DevOps, developer tools, as well as web and mobile applications.

Tair's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences along with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from KIMEP University.
