Tai Nguyen is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in technology entrepreneurship. In 2020, he founded Ezin, an insurtech company, with 5 co-founders. Prior to Ezin, in 2018 Tai co-founded VBee, a leading Vietnamese AI voice company known for its exceptional artificial voice technology utilized in millions of phone calls daily. During the same year, he also developed VHandicap, an advanced golf handicap system that became a dominant platform for golfers. In 2017, Tai co-founded VGS, a Vietnam Golf Services company focusing on using technology to enhance services for golfers globally. From 2013 to 2017, Tai managed Naiscorp International, a game studio based in Singapore with operations in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and India, serving over 40 million users. In 2012, Naiscorp VN, under Tai's leadership, was recognized with the Create4Million prize by Nokia for their accomplishments. Through Naiscorp's Socbay iMedia, they achieved a staggering 21 million downloads. In 2011, Naiscorp VN was honored as one of the TOP50 SMEs by the World Bank InfoDev. In 2009, Naiscorp VN secured a $2 million investment in Round B led by Softbank and IDGVV. Tai's journey began in 2006 when he founded Naiscorp and introduced the Socbay NLP Search Engine, one of the pioneering search engines globally, which later attracted interest from Eric Schmidt of Google for a potential acquisition. His venture into the search engine domain started between 2003-2006, receiving acclaim through various national IT awards including VIFOTEC and the Ministry's research prize. The search engine, named 'Socbay,' meaning flying squirrel, became a standout achievement. In 2001, Tai's written work in computer science and algorithm problem-solving culminated in a set of three books. His research interests extended to E-commerce payment systems through PSTN networks. Dating back to 1998, Tai's software expertise shone through with creations like the PC-DOS file browser and Y2K patches written in ASM, earning him the top spot in a national innovation software contest.
