Tahlia Townsend is a Chambers-recognized OFAC, ITAR, EAR, and CFIUS compliance attorney with a diverse background in assisting clients across various industries in compliance-related matters.

Tahlia serves as a trusted advisor to Fortune 50 defense contractors, universities, and small businesses, specializing in ITAR, EAR, and OFAC issues, and has led numerous internal investigations on potential violations of U.S. export and sanctions laws.

Apart from her legal practice, Tahlia also imparts her expertise as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Connecticut School of Law, teaching a class on International Trade Compliance.
