T. Neil Bathon

T. Neil Bathon is the Managing Partner of FUSE Research Network, a company that offers continuous decision support to select asset managers through long-term relationships. With a background in finance and extensive experience in the financial services industry, Bathon founded Financial Research Corporation (FRC) and served as its President from 1987 to 2006.

During his tenure at FRC, Bathon focused on enhancing investment managers' decision-making processes by providing insights into competitive intelligence, product analysis, sales trends, and overall market awareness. Under his guidance, FRC became a leading research and consulting firm, catering to over 200 clients annually, accounting for more than 95% of assets managed in packaged investment products.

Bathon's expertise lies in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of resources dedicated to developing and distributing investment products, including sales, marketing, and product management. His educational background includes a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Marquette University, an MBA in Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, and additional studies at Delone.

Apart from his role at FUSE Research Network, Bathon has held various positions in organizations such as serving as an Independent Director at Vertical Capital Income Fund, Managing Director at PMR Associates LLC, Independent Director at BNY Mellon Charitable Gift Fund, Independent Director at Financial Investors Variable Insurance Trust (FIVIT), and as a former Analyst at Kemper Financial Services and Zacks Investment Research.
