With over 7 years of experience, he has worked in creative sectors, the music industry, entertainment events, L&D, HR Tech, and as a musician, collaborating with startups, non-profits, and public organizations.

In early 2021, Szymon founded Noisy Creations to merge his creativity, experience, UX/UI design skills, and video content creation.

His professional philosophy revolves around creativity, humor, experience, continuous learning, and professionalism.

He holds a Master's Degree in Sociology with a Media Specialization from Uniwersytet Jagielloński w Krakowie.

Szymon has held various roles such as Owner, UX/UI Designer, Video content creator, and Event manager at Noisy Creations, in addition to positions at HCM Deck, Cultural Center Dworek Bialopradnicki, HEARTH Festival, Krakowska Scena Muzyczna, and more.
