Sylvie Leduc is a resilient, bold, and courageous professional humanist with a thirst for learning and a wealth of experience in project management, information systems and technology, retirement savings and group insurance, finance, and economics.

With a background in national and global companies, Sylvie has held leadership positions in operations and project management.

She is the founder of a transitioning IT startup and is seeking an English-language publisher for a book detailing her journey in the field of decision-making IT to optimize financial and administrative management of retirement funds.

Through her tenure at Sun Life, Sylvie gained insights into customer service challenges post the 2007-2008 financial crisis, leading her to pursue an MBA and venture into startup creation within the technology sector.

As a project manager, she has certifications in Waterfall and Agile methodologies from McGill University.

Outside of work, Sylvie dedicates a significant portion of her free time to charitable organizations.

Her educational background includes a Master's in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University and various certificates in project management and business administration from McGill University and York University's Schulich School of Business.
