The Home Service Coordinator operates as a sales and customer support expert that help build, manage and facilitate an active and diverse community of local Service Professionals across many trades.  They educate consumers and trade professionals about the value of using and partnering with THD/Redbeacon via inbound and outbound calls.  Home Service Specialist on-board Service Professionals ensuring they have a complete understanding of all tools, resources, and processes to achieve a high rate of customer satisfaction.  This position also interacts directly with consumers to provide excellent customer service, facilitate quotes, close sales, and provide assistance with account management. I was given milestones and daily requirements to meet of which I met and exceeded on a regular basis.  I was awarded Congratulations from my team by Ms. Shante Bass who now is a Manager in AACG for making 127 outbound calls in one day which was #1 in the Center!  I also received a Certificate of Recognition from DomPatci Management for the MOST TIMES IN THE TOP FIVE (5) FOR OUTBOUND CALLS FOR THE RSC.  I helped to facilitate the revision of phone scripts used daily by working with the Supervisors to address any discrepancies found.
