Sydni Hagens is a dedicated professional with a strong educational background in divinity, theological studies, literature, and human resources.

She holds a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree in Bible/Biblical Studies from Duke Divinity School, a Master's degree in Theological and Ministerial Studies from Durham University, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature along with Religious Studies from Southern Methodist University.

Furthermore, Sydni has broadened her academic horizons through a Summer Study Abroad program focusing on English Literature at the prestigious University of Oxford.

Sydni Hagens has amassed a wealth of experience throughout her career, serving in various roles within different organizations.

She currently holds the position of Staff Organizational Development Specialist at Pioneer Natural Resources Company, where she utilizes her expertise to foster growth and efficiency within the organization.

Prior to her current role, Sydni has served in multiple capacities at Pioneer Natural Resources Company, including roles as Human Resources Business Partner II, Human Resources Business Partner I, Associate HR Business Partner, HR Programs Administrator, and HR Intern.

Her previous experiences also include significant roles such as Program Director/Office Manager at Faithful Hearts, Chaplain at The Crossnore School, Pastoral Intern at Spruce Pine United Methodist Church, British Methodist Church, and Texas Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church.

Additionally, Sydni has held positions like Asst. Director of Student Ministries at St. Peter's United Methodist Church, Head of Horseback Riding/Head of Assembly and Devotionals at Camp Mystic, President, and New Member Educator at Eta Iota Sigma.
