Sydney Proffer

Sydney Proffer M.D., M.S. is a highly accomplished and extensively educated individual.

Dr. Proffer obtained a Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Medicine from the prestigious Mayo Clinic School of Medicine.

Furthermore, she earned a Master of Science (MS) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Arizona State University.

Her educational journey includes a Bachelor's Degree in Neuroscience, Mathematics, Premedical from Middlebury College and studies in Physics at Harvard University.

She completed her high school education at Seven Hills High School.

Dr. Proffer has an impressive professional background, currently serving as a Resident Physician at Mayo Clinic Dermatology.

She has previously worked as an Internal Medicine Physician at The Christ Hospital Health Network and engaged in student leadership, teaching, and mentorship at Mayo Clinic.

Furthermore, she has experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator at University of Cincinnati Neurology and as a Bench Research Assistant at the same institution.

Additionally, Dr. Proffer has contributed as a Healthcare Intern at SOTENI International and as a Clinical Assistant/Research Student at Dr. James A. Simon MD, CCD, MCMP, FACOG.

Her altruistic endeavors include volunteering as a Medical Volunteer at various establishments and working as a Nurses Aide at Carespring Health Care Management.

During her time at Middlebury College, she displayed leadership qualities and later worked as a Hostess at The Quarter Bistro.

Dr. Proffer also took on the role of a Math and Spanish Teacher at Breakthrough and served as an Office Assistant at Dr. Lisa Larkin and Associates.
