As the founder of Tequity, a SaaS company, Sydney leads a team that offers app development services and support to underrepresented and underserved entrepreneurs, focusing on providing accessible and affordable solutions to individuals with varying technical abilities.

Sydney is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in the tech, arts, and startup sectors, working towards breaking barriers for marginalized groups through software development and coaching initiatives.

Having developed over 250 apps for tech startups and secured victories in numerous pitch competitions, Sydney has showcased her prowess and innovation within the industry.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Fundamental Engineering and Business from Western Michigan University, an Associates Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University, pre-engineering studies at Tuskegee University, and a Masters Certificate in Project Management, also from The George Washington University.
