Swati Agnihotri Dawra

Swati Agnihotri is a highly experienced professional with over 11 years of extensive work in financial services, information technology, and retail industries. Agnihotri holds an MBA from Hult International Business School, and she is a recipient of the Global Professional and Women in Business scholarships. Before joining UNDP, Agnihotri worked as a project management consultant at OSCE, a management consulting Intern at Continuum Advisory Group, and a sales manager at IDG Media. At UNDP, Agnihotri worked as both a digital support specialist in Bureau for External Relations and Advocacy and a digital transformation project specialist in the Executive Office. In addition, she served as a capability development manager at UNDP's Talent Development Unit, where she was responsible for the firm's talent development.

Throughout her career, Agnihotri honed her skills and expertise in people management, strategic planning, and project management.
