Currently, she serves as the Senior Manager of Business Model Incubation, Strategy & Innovation at De Beers Group. Prior to this, she garnered experience as a Senior Consultant for Growth & Innovation at Sia Partners and as a Management Consultant at Capgemini Invent. Her earlier roles include International Credit Project Manager at Rietumu Banka, Project Coordinator of a strategic cross-function project focusing on Gas and Liquid Value Chains Optimization at Equinor, and Analyst positions in Natural Gas Portfolio Management and Supply Planning at Equinor. Svetlana also contributed her skills as a Project Manager for the European Voluntary Service programme under the European Commission.
