Svetlana Dragayeva

Svetlana Dragayeva is a highly educated individual with a diverse academic background. She holds a PhD from The Ohio State University, multiple Master's degrees from various institutions including Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu and European-University Viadrina, and a Bachelor's degree from Uniwersytet Zielonogórski. She also completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program at University College London, U. of London.

Throughout her career, Svetlana has held key positions in renowned organizations. She currently serves as the CEO at Fountain Digital Labs / VIRRY. Previously, she was the Managing Director at Phenomen Berlin Filmproduktions GmbH and a Producer at Phenomen-Ukraine / f/f DAU. She has also worked as a Graduate Teaching Associate at Ohio State University, managed the talent team at the European Film Academy, headed the International Department at Warsaw IFF, tutored English at Adam Mickiewicz University, conducted interviews for the Mauthausen – Gusen KZ Project at Vienna State University, and served as a PR Officer at World Wide Fund for Nature.
