Svetla Kibota is a seasoned professional in the healthcare marketing industry, with a keen focus on humanizing marketing strategies. In 2013, she founded Bloom Creative with a mission to revolutionize healthcare marketing by integrating compelling narratives with data-driven insights. With over twenty years of experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and medical technology, Svetla has a proven track record of managing diverse medical brands and leading successful product launches. Prior to establishing Bloom Creative, she held key roles at Lathian Health, Gilead Sciences, Applied Medical Devices, and NeXstar Pharmaceuticals.

Svetla's educational background includes an MBA in Marketing from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business, an MBA International Exchange Program in Marketing from ESSEC Business School, and a BA in Biological Sciences and French Literature from California State University, Fullerton. Her academic achievements have equipped her with a strong foundation to drive marketing strategies and brand positioning.

Currently serving as the Founder and Marketing Strategist at Bloom Health Creative, Svetla also has prior experience as the Founder & CEO of Pomme Healthy and in various leadership positions at Lathian Medical (now D&R Lathian), Applied Medical, and NeXstar Pharmaceuticals (now Gilead Sciences). Her hands-on experience in marketing, sales, client services, and laboratory research has honed her expertise in driving successful healthcare campaigns and product launches.
