Suzanne Massey

Suzanne Massey is Vice President of the Santander Consumer Foundation and head of Corporate Social Responsibility at Santander Consumer USA.1 She oversees $50 million in grant funding to over 60 grantees across three U.S. regions.1 Massey has significantly grown the Foundation's funding from less than $1 million to over $50 million in four years.1

In her role, Massey:

• Manages corporate sponsorships and community partnerships engagement1
• Led a campaign resulting in a 129% increase in company-wide volunteer hours, totaling approximately 25,000 hours of volunteerism1
• Implemented a company-wide volunteer software platform to facilitate community engagement1

Prior to joining Santander, Massey served as:

• Director of Community Relations at SMU, where she initiated the university's first strategic community relations plan1
• Vice President at the Dallas Regional Chamber, leading Minority and Women's Business Development, Small Business, and Executive Women's Leadership programs1
