Suzanne Lahl, MSOD
Suzanne Lahl, MSOD, is a seasoned executive coach, educator, and consultant with over 30 years of experience in developing programs that enhance team performance, strategic thinking, collaboration, and innovation. Suzanne is the co-founder of SyncUp Leadership Group, a coaching and consulting firm that specializes in fostering a complexity mindset in leaders through development programs focused on whole person capacity.
Suzanne holds a BA in Speech Communication and Psychology from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and a MSOD in Organization Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Additionally, she has served as an adjunct faculty member in the Master of Science in Organization Development Program at the Pepperdine University School of Business and Management.
Suzanne is recognized for co-creating the "Four Capabilities for a Complexity Mindset" model and curriculum, an innovative approach to leadership development that focuses on developing the following key capabilities: 1) understanding how the mind and brain interact, 2) integrating and supporting whole person leadership capacity, 3) strategic thinking based on past experiences and memories, and 4) fostering collaboration built on high degrees of personal accountability, self-awareness, empathy, and compassion.
