Suzanne Hayes-Jones is an experienced coach, coach mentor, coach supervisor, and facilitator working with organizations in the public and private sectors to support and develop the skills and potential of their people.

With specialties in women in leadership, performance coaching, coach supervision, coach mentoring, coach development, behavior change, culture change, and 360 feedback, Suzanne brings a wealth of expertise to her practice.

Her educational background includes studying Team Coaching at Co Company Team Coaching, a Pg Diploma in Coach Supervision at the Coach Supervision Academy, and an MSc in Coaching & Development at Performance Consultants.

Suzanne has been involved with various organizations, including founding The Coaches Space and previously co-founding The Laid Bare Company Ltd.

She has also held positions such as Associate Leadership Facilitator/Performance Coach at Co Company/Heidrick & Struggles, Founder at Tall Poppies Development Ltd, People Development Consultant at SHJ Consulting, and Head of Learning & Development at Nando's.
