Suzanne Graeser retired on December 31, 2022, having had a successful career as a Former Partner and Co-Chair of Morrison & Foerster's Emerging Companies & Venture Capital Group.
Throughout her career, Suzanne represented start-up and later-stage emerging-growth companies, venture capital, angel investors, and strategic corporate investors in diverse sectors like technology, life sciences, and renewable energy.
She provided comprehensive legal counsel to companies in various stages of development, including entity formation, corporate governance, equity incentives, debt and equity financings, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Suzanne Graeser also offered valuable advice to companies and investors on merger and joint venture structuring, as well as exit strategies.
She holds a JD in Law from the University of California, Davis - School of Law, and a BA in Political Science from Claremont McKenna College.
Having served in prestigious roles, Suzanne was formerly Senior Counsel at Morrison Foerster, Partner in the Emerging Company/Venture Capital Group at Morrison Foerster, and Shareholder at Hopkins & Carley.
