Suzanne Dalcourt

Suzanne Dalcourt is an accomplished HR Leader and executive talent scout who has worked in Canada, the UK, and the US throughout her career. With experience across clean tech and technology industries, she has worked in both pre and post IPO recruitment, identified board-level talent and placed executives at companies such as Google, Korn/Ferry International, and RUSTON wheb. At Google, she has held several roles including Director of People Operations for Marketing, Lead HRBP for Marketing, and Lead Executive Recruiter for Sales + G&A. Her past experience includes roles at the Hudson Highland Group and RHI Consulting, where she honed her expertise in recruitment and consultancy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Carleton University.
