Suzanne Chou is an equity-centered design researcher, strategist, and facilitator currently working as the Community Engagement Coordinator for the Multnomah County Library Capital Bond team.13 In this role, she leads community engagement efforts to inform the expansion, redesign, and services of several public libraries in Portland and East Multnomah County, Oregon.1
