Suzan Heykoop

Suzan Heykoop holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Industrial Ecology from Universiteit Leiden, complemented by a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Industrial Design from Technische Universiteit Delft. Additionally, she pursued a Minor in Industrial Design at Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV). Suzan has a diverse educational background with a focus on sustainability and design.

Professionally, Suzan has held various positions in Gemeente Rotterdam, including roles as Assetmanager for roads and public lighting, as well as Project Leader for Schone Stad. She also completed a Traineeship within the organization. Prior to her roles in Rotterdam, she gained experience as a medewerker tentamenloket at TU Delft, a Thesis Research Internship at Croda, and a Front desk employee at TU Delft. Suzan has demonstrated versatility and a strong work ethic throughout her career.

Moreover, Suzan Heykoop has been actively involved in extracurricular activities, having served as the Chairman of IO Festival (study association i.d) and as a Board Member at D.S.J.V. Groover. Her engagement outside of work highlights her leadership skills and commitment to the community.
