Suswar Ganu is a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Throughout his career, he has held multiple leadership positions and reported to global CIOs and business heads. With a strong understanding of Wealth and Investment management, Equities & Fixed Income trading and settlement, Suswar has built out buy side and sell side technology organizations in the US, UK, Germany, Romania, and India. He has executed a technology delivery model between the US, EU, Asia, and India while developing and mentoring international technology teams and individuals, helping them grow into leadership roles.

Moreover, Suswar has created a technology recruitment strategy and framework for global investment banks, headed up technology graduate & intern recruitment programs at multiple investment banks, and co-founded and headed up the India philanthropy committee. He has specialized in managed a global technology organization spread across different regions with independent P&L budget responsibility, ground-up technology setup of investment management arms of global investment banks in India, and executing both a buy and build technology strategy. His expertise also lies in audit & regulatory compliance, business continuity management, and disaster recovery infrastructure setup, as well as Investment Banking Captive organization expansion and management.
