Prior to her current role, Sushma held various senior positions at BT, including Senior Product Manager and Head of Business Planning, illustrating her strategic vision and business acumen.

Her career includes significant roles at Hitachi Communication Technologies America, Inc., where she contributed as a Project Leader in R&D for Advanced Mobile Networks, led Global Product Support and Deployment for Mobile Networks, showcasing her technical expertise and management capabilities.
