With certifications as an Open Group Certified Technical Specialist and Microsoft Certified Educator, Susanne has delivered skills-based training on the Azure platform for Microsoft's enterprise clients.

Susanne is dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the tech industry and community, as showcased by her award-winning advocacy and authored books on the subject.

She has a diverse educational background, including studies at New York University for an Executive MBA in Management of Technology and Operations, and at Northwestern University for Communication Systems.

Having worked at Microsoft and IBM in various technical and infrastructure roles, Susanne has a proven track record of increasing organizational value and performance.

In her spare time, Susanne volunteers with non-profits and hosts Wiley's Diversity in Tech webinar series, showcasing her commitment to giving back and fostering inclusivity.
