Susanne McGregor-Stevens

Susanne McGregor-Stevens is a highly experienced business process analyst and consultant with over a decade of experience working with both small and large international companies. With a Bachelors's degree from The Hague University Of Applied Sciences and a Master's degree in Business from Leiden University, she has a strong educational background. She is also Salesforce certified and has worked with various CRM tools throughout her career.

Before becoming a consultant, Susanne worked as a programmer for Accenture. She then transitioned into consulting, starting as a CRM consultant for Innoveer Solutions and Inforte. She later held positions as a Business Process Analyst at Thomson Reuters, a Senior Salesforce Consultant at Osh Solutions, a Business Process Management Consultant at Wessanen, and a Functional Consultant focusing on Salesforce at Mylaps Sports Timing. She has a wealth of experience across many sectors and has gained valuable insights into best practices in business process management in different contexts.
