Susanne Bohnet

Susanne Bohnet is the CEO of Serafini Releasing LLC, a finance and production company based in the United States. She has a significant background in media finance, having previously led the U.S. office of Equity Pictures, which is known as the second largest film fund in Germany. During her tenure at Equity Pictures, she was instrumental in establishing strategic partnerships, negotiating deals, and overseeing production operations, which contributed to a substantial increase in the company's annual investments from $30 million to $100 million between 2002 and 2004.12

Bohnet has also held the position of Senior Vice President for Production and Business Development at Cinemedia, where she was involved in acquiring film rights and investing in major U.S. films, including the notable project "What Women Want" starring Mel Gibson and Helen Hunt.2 In her current role at Serafini Releasing, she continues to work on a diverse slate of films, ranging from dramas to comedies.12
