Susannah Tsien is an accomplished educator with a passion for teaching and coaching mathematics. She studied Anthropology and Political Science at Bucknell University, where she cultivated a deep understanding of cultures and societies. Susannah began her career as a first-grade teacher at KIPP DC, where she honed her skills and moved up to become a second-grade teacher and later the Grade Level Chair for second-graders. Her dedication to her students and passion for education led her to become an intern at New Leaders for New Schools, where she gained valuable insight into schools' administrative side. Susannah is currently an Elementary Math Coach at KIPP DC, where she implements various strategies to help her students achieve their full potential. Her expertise in teaching and coaching mathematics makes her a valuable asset to KIPP DC and the education community.
