Susannah Scheffler

Susannah Scheffler is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse range of professional experience in areas such as employee engagement, recruiting, customer experience, sales, and admissions. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Language, Media, and Communications from the University of Rochester with a Cum Laude and a 3.8 GPA.

Currently, Susannah serves as the Program Manager of Employee Engagement at Datadog, where she leads strategic initiatives to drive employee satisfaction and collaboration in the workplace. Prior to this, she worked as the Recruiting Operations Specialist and Engineering Campus Recruiting at Goldman Sachs, where she was responsible for managing the hiring process and building relationships with candidates. Susannah has also worked as a Recruiting Coordinator and Customer Experience Associate at MealPal, where she leveraged her exceptional communication skills to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Throughout her professional journey, Susannah has gained expertise in managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization, conducting interviews, managing data and analytics, conducting research, and developing strategic initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
