Susanna 邓家欢 is an accomplished legal professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in Corporate M&A and China Practice.

Susanna's educational journey includes a Netherlands Bar Exam from Beroepsopleiding Advocaten, LL.M. in Chinese Civil & Commercial Law from Peking University, LL.M. in US Legal Studies from University of Connecticut School of Law, and LL.B. and LL.M. in Dutch Civil Law from Leiden University, as well as completing Gymnasium at Walburg College.

Currently, Susanna 邓家欢 serves as an Attorney-at-law specializing in Corporate M&A and China Practice at Buren N.V. Her previous roles include Attorney-at-law in Corporate M&A at Marxman Advocaten, President at Stichting Justitia, Attorney-at-law in Corporate M&A at WLP-Law, Intern in the Economic Department at the Royal Netherlands Embassy in Beijing, and Assistant General Manager at Moshi Moshi Rotterdam.
