Susana Arroyo

Susana Arroyo is a Business Intelligence Specialist with extensive experience in data mining and customer behavior analysis.

She holds a degree in Market Research and Techniques and a diploma in Statistics from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

Susana has a background in data analytics and intelligence with a focus on customer insights.

She has served as the Chapter Lead for Data Analytics at ING and previously held senior Business Intelligence Analyst roles at ING DIRECT España, everis, and Aptivo Consulting.

Prior to her corporate roles, Susana also gained experience in marketing and sociological studies through positions at El Corte Inglés and Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
