Susan Wilson-Burns is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in sales and team management across various industries such as CPG, pharmaceuticals, and currently in the wine industry.

She has transitioned to the wine industry and is currently working at one of the top boutique wineries in the Okanagan region, bringing her expertise in customer service and sales to the tasting room.

Susan holds a certification in WSET II and has excelled in her wine education by studying Levels 1 and 2 at the Wine and Spirits Education Trust with honors.

Her academic background includes studies at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and Wilfrid Laurier University, providing her with a well-rounded education that complements her professional experience.

Previously, Susan has held roles such as Tasting Room Associate at Pentage Winery and Liquidity Wines Ltd, showcasing her passion for wine and hospitality.

Her experience extends to the pharmaceutical industry, where she worked as a Regional Business Manager dedicated to Novartis Consumer Health at both Encore Market Engagement and CROSSMARK, demonstrating her versatility and leadership skills in different sectors.
