Susan Senn, an experienced human resources leader, brings over a decade of expertise to her roles. Susan studied Business Administration and Management, General at Le Moyne College and earned a B.S. in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University.

She currently works at GuideWell as a Talent Engagement Manager, where she is responsible for leading engagement initiatives for the GuideWell Connect business unit. Previously, Susan served as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at Florida Blue, Senior Recruiter at Florida Blue, Human Resources Generalist at Hospital Physician Partners, an Independent Human Resources Consultant/Elementary Teacher, Regional Human Resources Manager at West Group, and Human Resources Director at Allied Signal Inc.
