Dr. Susan P. Chen is a renowned talent strategist and interventionist with a diverse international experience, having worked with various companies across different sectors worldwide.

She holds a Ph.D. in Social Science specializing in Knowledge Management Practice and Research from the University of Stavanger, Norway, and is pursuing further education in educational psychology and research at Massey University, New Zealand.

Susan's educational background includes a Master of Science in International Employment Relations and Human Resource Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Bachelor's & Postgraduate Diploma in Employment Relations and Human Resource Management from The University of Auckland, among other qualifications.
