Susan Marquis is a trailblazing leader in the fields of academia and public policy. With a Ph.D. in Public Policy, Public Affairs from Princeton University, Marquis has held several prominent roles throughout her career, including the Frank and Marcia Carlucci Dean at Pardee RAND Graduate School and Vice President of Innovation at the RAND Corporation. Her expertise spans across nonprofit organizations, analytical skills, government, management, and policy analysis. Marquis has authored two groundbreaking books on the topics of labor rights and U.S. Special Operations Forces. She is a Charles and Marie Robertson Visiting Professor at the School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University and has held leadership positions in various federal government agencies.
